SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

For all European orders, they should take 3-5 working days to arrive according to our shipping partner. All EFTA orders, please allow 3-7 working days for this to arrive.

All orders placed before Midday CET will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after Midday may not be dispatched until the following working day, so please factor this into your expected delivery date.

Return & Exchange Policy

If your new product falls short of your expectations for any reason whatsoever, you can return an item within 28 days from the date you received the item.

Products must be returned unused and in the same condition in which you received them, including all the original tags.

To return, please see the returns slip included with your delivery. Please fill out this slip and include with your returned parcel. If a slip was not included with your parcel, please repack your item with an included note which states your name and order number along with your preferred course of action (Refund or exchange).
